Davis Ranch Open Horse Shows Everyone is invited to our Horse Shows held on the 3rd Sat of each month April thru Oct in our indoor facility. Show in comfort rain or shine! Free Admission.

Friendly Atmosphere. Come and join the fun! At the Davis Ranch Open Horse Shows we strive to provide an atmosphere that is fun, friendly, safe, and convenient for the whole family to enjoy their horses. We offer a wide variety of classes for all ages, sizes, breeds, and levels of competition. Our newly expanded parking, stalls available, concession stand on the grounds, indoor all weather facility, newly constructed INDOOR MAKE UP ARENA, and top quality judges, assure a pleasant and positive experience. Our shows have run continually for over 30 years! We will be celebrating with bigger and better awards and prizes, including HIGH POINT TROPHY SADDLES! Come and join in on the celebration! We have made a tradition of kicking off each show with a word of prayer and the national anthem just before the first class begins. Many, many people have told us that they appreciate this special touch, and look forward to our opening ceremonies which seem to set a nice atmosphere for each show. We carry approvals for year end high point awards with several associations including PAC (Paint Alternative Competition) IQHA (IN Quarter Horse Assn.) ISHA (IN Saddle Horse Assn.) OCAP and several others. Let us know if you would like for us to add associations that you would like to earn points with while showing here. In addition to these opportunities, we have our own point system, and ANNUAL AWARDD BANQUET at which we recognize our winners! And present the HIGH POINT TROPHY SADDLES and other awards. The banquet is always held on the 3rd Saturday in November in keeping with our 3rd Saturday of each month format.

It has been suggested that we add Showmanship to our "In Hand Challenge". We like the idea. Let us know your opinion. If contestants like the idea, we will add it next year.

We invented a new class! This video is of the warm up prior to the "Ground Driving" class. It is part of our "In Hand Challenge" which is a 4 class competition in which horses are not ridden. The other classes are Conformation, Lunge Line & Obstacles In Hand. This provides a great opportunity to acclimate horses of any age to the horse show environment.
We also offer a "Yearling Challenge" which includes 3 classes for yearlings including Conformation, Lunge Line & Obstacles In Hand.
If you know of anyone who may benefit from these classes, please help spread the word!
