The Spartan Boot Camp Challenge is designed to jump start your body into fitness by taking you through an organized 2 Week, 10 Day set of classes! These classes are designed to work all aspects of your body ranging from Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body and Stretching! Each class is more challenging than the last!
