Meet the newest and most important addition to my team. Warren William Hart born April 5th, 2026.
No medal, record, or championship will ever top this experience. Becoming a dad is already the greatest achievement of my life, and I couldn’t be more grateful to my wife Sarah for making this dream become a reality.
Little guy already has a strong grip, a loud yell, and the appetite of a lion. Maybe someday he’ll follow in my footsteps as a future discus All-American, but for now, we’re just soaking in every moment of this new journey.
Welcome to the world, little man. 💙

TOP SOPHOMORE IN PA!
HUGE shoutout to on winning the Lebanon County HS Track & Field Championships in both the shot put and discus!
Dominic has trained with me during the worst weather imaginable and never complained. In rain, snow, sleet, and sunshine he put in the work for this moment!
Officially the #1 shot putter for the Class of 2028 with a toss of 55’5” and unofficially(because of dual meets) the #5 discus thrower for CO 2028 with a PR of 160’.
I know if I was I would keep an eye on this guy. Perfect 4.0 GPA and a diehard Penn State fan!
Couldn’t be prouder of you dude, jobs not done!

Another unforgettable chapter has been added to the Ship Throws Camp scrapbook 📚
This year we had our largest group of throwers ever (130 in total) and I was lucky enough to work with the 50+ discus throwers in these photos.
The love and passion for track and field is alive and well. These athletes have proven that to me these past four days. I’m excited to follow their journey developing as great people and throwers for many years to come.
This is the best throws camp in PA and I’m fortunate to be a part of it with many other talented and inspiring coaches.
Until next year 🤟

For those who may have been wondering why I haven’t posted as much throwing content this season, this is why 🏆
After taking over as interim head coach for last spring I was given the opportunity to come on board full time as the programs newest head coach of their track & field and cross country program.
For the past 9 months I’ve been working 6 days a week to give this team and their athletes the program they deserve. While still doing my private coaching on Sundays it’s been an arduous process, but I love being a coach and I care for every athlete that seeks my help and guidance.
To take a 5th place team last spring to becoming champions now is not my work alone. It takes a village and I’m blessed to work with some amazing coaches.
I will slightly brag that my throwers got the job done. On the men’s side, they put up 86 points with the men discus throwers getting a clean sweep of the medals 🏅 The ladies came up HUGE scoring 44 points between four athletes, all of which hit lifetime PR’s when it mattered most.
This is only the beginning 💪🏼
Keep an eye out for more throwing content to come this coming month into the summer.
Until then thank you for your support and for following along on this journey through our shared passion for throwing and track & field.

What an experience 🙏🏼
Blessed to have met some amazing coaches that care so much about their athletes and the future of our sport! I hope we all cross paths again someday, but until then I will cherish the memories we made together.
Also couldn’t have asked for better instructors to give me and my fellow coaches the wisdom necessary to become higher-caliber coaches. I know your teachings and insights will be used for many years to come!
Lastly, in the words of the great John Dagata, “Remember, you get something out of everything.”
