The 717 Athletics 1st Annual Golf Classic was a wet one, but boy did we have a great time! Now that we're finally dried out, we have a lot of people to thank. First up, our golfers who showed up and stuck through the weather to support our program and athletes, and to Manada Golf Club for hosting us!
Shout out to Stuff'D Steaks & Hoagies, our Title Sponsor, for feeding our golfers and to the Hershey Cookie Company for their amazing cookies as dessert!
A big thank you to Capitol City Buy Sell Pawn for their Gold Sponsorship, Faulkner Buick GMC Harrisburg for their Silver Sponsorship AND a Hole-in-One Sponsorship. We'd also like to thank our additional Silver Sponsors - Dauphin Electric, Faulkner VW Mechanicsburg, MT Building Services, Romberger Memorials, the Speece Family Foundation, Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson, Wilsbach Distributors, and Volt Hair Studio.
We're also appreciative for all of the donations we've received for the contest hole prizes, top three and biggest loser prizes along with our raffles and silent auction items - a lot of you went home with some pretty cool winnings!
We couldn't have done this without our Golf Committee and the 717 Athletics families - our athletes are incredibly fortunate to have such a solid support system behind them!
Save the date for next year - Sunday September 19th! 😎
