What an amazing evening at the Academy last night! We had parents join their children to train Jiu-Jitsu. everyone had a great time and learned a new appreciation for how hard it is and how much effort it takes for their children to learn and improve. To finish the class, we had parents versus kids dodgeball and it was a huge hit. I think some people waited their entire life for that game.

One of our students has a cousin Trey that visited our Academy a few times this week. I have to say, this is the way you visit an academy!

He let us know he was coming to train with his cousin and us, he came with a great attitude, he has really good Jiu-Jitsu, he got some great rolls in, was an attentive student and everybody had a good time and my students asked him to please come back as much as possible before he left to go back to Colorado springs.

Great to have you Trey and I hope to see you again! Remember the Italian ice challenge and you are always welcome at our academy. Big shout out to your coach too!

In honor of the 250th Independence Day/4th of July, we will be closed this Saturday. The town is going to have a huge celebration, most of the roads will be closed and it's a unique opportunity to celebrate our wonderful country. So, we will be closed this Saturday for July 4th but we will have classes on Friday and Monday.
