Welcome to the official page of the Spirits, an amateur ice hockey organization based in Harrisburg, Pa.

Members of the Foundry Adult Hockey League, we are one of the longest-running teams in Central PA with roots spanning four decades. The Spirits are an amateur ice hockey team based in Pennsylvania's capital city of Harrisburg. With four-decades-old roots, we are the longest-running Twin Ponds Adult Hockey League (TPAHL) team and five-time league champions, most recently in 2024-Fall.
