Joseph Pilates once said, “Physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

Because movement is about so much more than how we look. It’s about how we feel, the energy we carry into our day, and the way we show up for ourselves and the people we love. 💜

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO….ME!

Is it weird to handle social media and post about my own birthday? Sure is.

Hoping you all celebrate this beautiful fall weather today and maybe treat yourself to something special as if it’s your birthday, too!! 🫶

You may have noticed, we have new class names. Align is now: Classical Pilates!

This class is rooted in Classical Pilates and the original method. Honoring the precision, sequencing, and intention behind every movement.

This class will build the foundations of the method focusing on alignment, breath, and control while connecting the mind and body.

Okay, we may be a little late to the party… 🤦‍♀️😂

But that doesn’t make celebrating Stephanie any less important! 🥳💛

Happy belated birthday to the instructor who brings so much energy, encouragement, and a great playlist into the studio. We’re so lucky to have you on our team and hope your birthday was as wonderful as you are!

And to Stephanie… we’re sorry we missed the actual day. Consider this our very public attempt to make up for it. 😂🎂✨

Help us give her some belated birthday love! 🥳
