As we head into our new Fall schedule, you’ll notice a change at STS.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.

Why the change?

Over the years, we’ve learned that developing athletes is much bigger than just “speed & agility” or strength training.

We’ve worked with hundreds of athletes, and one thing has always stayed the same: we train the ATHLETE first.

Not just what they think they need. Not just what looks good on social media. We evaluate where the athlete is and give them what they actually need.

That could be strength. Speed. Power. Force production. Plyometrics. Isometrics. Deceleration. Tendon resilience. Mobility. Recovery. Neuromuscular development.

It’s the full spectrum of athletic development.

Every athlete is different, and our job is to continue building a system that develops stronger, healthier, more explosive, and more complete athletes.

That’s why we’re moving further into Athletic Performance this Fall.

Same STS. Same work. A better system.
