Spring weather can be hit or miss, but we still try to push through Sunday Run Club! Join us for a 2, 3, or 4 mile run or walk (and some .butter.bakery afterwards) at 9:30am on Sundays!
This past Sunday was extra special with the bride-to-be bringing some friends back into town and enjoying a beautiful run before an even more beautiful ceremony š«¶

Wednesday 6:15 crew will be temporarily saying goodbye to Sara š„² At 38 weeks pregnant, sheās stuck with MF 3 days a week the entire pregnancy. Meaningā¦. That baby has 100+ classes! youāve been an amazing MFer through it all (and still one more class to go!). Sending all the š«¶ from me, Chris, and all the MFers š
How about ~150 burpees to start out our first Saturday of the year. Full classes, high heart rates, and lots of fun (seriously!) made for an excellent workout. Letās keep it up, MFers š

Group fitness can be a life changer in many ways: physical, mental, social.
For one year, Iāve asked one thing of you all: show up, Iāll do the rest.
And you all have. I canāt create Instagram reels big enough to show our 1 year in review. (Truly this one is just random from the first six month!)
Weāve lifted, pull-upped, jumped, skied, etc etc an incredible amount in one year.
Weāve done so much, and it truly brings a a tear to my eye to think many of our āfirstsā are behind us now.
First class(es), first pull-ups, first push-ups, first full class, first full day, first MF wedding, first MF baby (coming soon), first murph, first person to throw up (and not quitā¼ļø), first fundraising for a cause š, first merch dropš½, so many business and personal milestones made by you all and Iām honored you let me, Chris, MF, and other MFers walk (run!) along side you.
I created MF because of something I felt the community was lacking. Youāve all responded in ways I couldnāt have imagined one year ago.
Itās been a dizzying past couple weeks so honestly, I have no idea whatās in store for year 2. But, whatever I throw at you all, I know youāll love it. Every minute of it.
So from the early days when some of you got one-on-one training, to the current days when we have a waitlist, thank you.

šOn Thanksgiving Day, weāll be hosting our first ever Turkey (tofurkey) Torture. We will have staggering start times every half hour from 7:30am-9:30am, with the workout consisting of a 5k runš, 5k indoor cardio on the Erg machines (combo the machines as you like!) š£ā·ļøš“š¼, and a 10 min strength challengešŖ.
As a prize, youāll receive a pumpkin or apple pie courtesy of .butter.bakery and a new colorā¼ļø MF swag tee (and a big sense of accomplishment).
