URGE FITNESS Harrisburg is looking for a Group Fitness Director / Director of Club Experience who knows how to bring the energy, connect with people, and make every member feel like they belong.

This role is for someone who:

Loves group fitness
Brings energy into every room
Knows how to build and lead a strong instructor team
Understands that great classes are about more than music and movement
Is connected to the Harrisburg community
Can create an exciting, welcoming club experience for beginners, families, and experienced members alike

You’ll help shape our class lineup, recruit and develop instructors, build community partnerships, support events, and help create the kind of atmosphere that keeps members excited to come back.

Basically, if you love fitness, people, energy, and building something special from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

You do not pay recurring monthly dues while the club is being built. Your next monthly dues payment is not until 30 days after the club opens.
