This is what community looks like.

Not perfection.
Not intimidation.
Just real people, real coaching and real moments that make fitness feel a little less overwhelming.

Whether you're picking up a kettlebell for the first time or chasing your next personal best, you'll always have people in your corner who know how to push you, encourage you.. and occasionally make you laugh.

That's the kind of gym we're building in Harrisburg🤍

This is our WHY💕

A gym should be more than a place to work out.
It should be somewhere you're excited to walk into, where your kids feel welcome, friendships are built, goals are celebrated and everyone feels like they belong.

Because we're not just building stronger bodies.. we're building a stronger community.

URGE Harrisburg is coming soon.. and we can't wait to welcome you home💪🏼🩷
