The Delmarva Bayriders will make their return to the field for the first time in 7 years as they go to take on the Harrisburg Stampede. Two familiar faces and fan favorites will be back in the maroon and gold as #94 Payton Rose (NCAA All American out of Wesley college)and #75 Devonte Ford (NCAA All Conference out of Delaware Valley College) come out of retirement for the game.

The Delmarva Bayriders has joined the fledgling EMFL (Eight MAN Football League). The league will play all games local on the Eastern shore.

Some of these coaches out here using these kids up just for their selfish glory . This applies to ALL sports. And I promise NO college scout is going to talk to a little coach .

While we endure the delay of the 2020 season, let's give 5 year veteran and 3 year Bayrider John McMullen a shout out . John is serving our great country right now in his National Gaurd status as the country hunkers down to fight this virus .. THANK YOU JOHN !

SEASON UPDATE: AFTER MANY DISCUSSIONS THE MAJOR INDOOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE HAS DECIDED TO FOLLOW THE LEAD OF MAJOR SPORTS LEAGUES POSTPONE THE SEASON UNTIL A HOLD IS GOTTEN ON THE CURRENT PANDEMIC. THIS DECISION WAS MADE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE STAFF , PLAYERS , AND THE FANS OF ALL OF THE LEAGUES MEMBER TEAMS. WE AT THE DELMARVA BAYRIDERS ARE IN TOTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE DECISION. WE WILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED AS INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE.
