Normalize having fun 🥳
My name is Ben, and I am a recovering workaholic.
For the past 10 years, I only focused on things that I felt were productive towards my growth and self-development.
Because of this, I never allowed myself to have fun.
I constantly just worked under the guise that all of my problems will be solved.
10 years later, I have no hobbies, very little friends, and I constantly feel burnt out.
I realize now that it's important to just have fun. To do things with no expectation of a reward.
When I spend the time just doing things I enjoy, I come back refreshed and ready to be completely present with my clients and to help them reach their goals.

Huge shoutout to my killer client, Erica Remke who broke 200lbs for the first time in 2 years! And it only took her 40 days!
The most admirable trait about Erica is her consistency and unwillingness to budge when she is faced with adversary.

🥳Shout out to my client Marcous!
In 2 months, he was able to both build muscle and lose 3lbs of fat while gaining 5lbs of weight. All while working all day as a landscaper and taking care of his kid.
Before Marcous started working with me, he was:
❌Aimlessly scrolling through his phone
❌Never exercised in a gym
❌Didn't have a fitness plan
❌Crash dieting to lose weight
