And this Thursday (13th) we will be replacing the ENTIRE Life Fitness line of machines. NEW updated Life Fitness machines will be arriving at around 9am Thursday morning. Please workout accordingly, there will be staff available to help you with your fitness routine 💫🏋🏼♂️🤩

Heather and Taylor were back for another leg workout today. Kicking off 2020 on the right foot...and the left foot!! (not on video was their sled pulls, slosh pipe lunges, box jumps, and kettlebell farmer walks) They always put 110% into their workouts and nutrition...it shows!! Great job ladies 💪🏼🥳🎉
