Hello StrengthenUp Friends! Thank you for your enthusiasm about our classes at InMotion in Harrisonburg!

Based on your responses, the Wednesday 6:15pm six week session will be OPEN.* Email information coming.

The Saturday and Sunday sessions did not receive enough sign ups and are currently CLOSED.

*❗️IMPORTANT: The Wednesday session is scheduled to begin on January 7. Betsy is recovering from a sore throat. If class on January 7 needs to be canceled, the six week session will begin on January 14. This decision will be announced by Tuesday evening, January 6.

We have had a blast at StrengthenUp classes this Fall and we want YOU to join in the fun! Regular potential classes resume Jan. 7 based on sign-ups committed. (Sat/Wed/Sun options). *Class Quorum Policy (Sign-ups & Drop-ins):
It is necessary to have a ‘quorum’ to open each class session, and that is why we ask people to ‘sign-up’ and commit to a session of classes. If enough people ‘sign-up’, then the specific class session will open, and non-registered participants are then also allowed to ‘drop-in.’ Watch email to see if ‘quorum’ is achieved and if session(s) will open or not.*
