Mike has trained Division 1 baseball players, Division III athletes, the Eastern Mennonite University Men's and Women's basketball, baseball, and women's volleyball teams the Eastern Mennonite High School girls soccer team, and top high school athletes among others. All training programs are designed based on current research and the needs of the individual athlete/team and the demands of their sport. Each training program is different to best allow the specific athlete/team reach their full potential. Training programs can also be tailored to specific goals such as ACL injury prevention, speed development, lean muscle mass gain, and strength development. Mike also provide personal training for individuals seeking to lose weight, improve their overall health or looking for a motivating exercise program. All programs are designed to include a combination of strength training, speed and agility training, core strengthening, and flexibility training. Specifically designed high intensity methods, interval training, circuit training,and sports performance training will all be used to obtain the desired results!
