We are a strength and conditioning facility. CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied functional movements executed at a high intensity".
We take everyday movements (pulling, pushing, squatting) and put them in as many variations as we can and we do them at an intensity that will increase your work capacity. CrossFit strives to create athletes that are "good" at many tasks rather than "great" at few. We also offer fitness and sport specific training for local athletes.

It is frustrating and really really hard. But that is what makes it so incredibly rewarding when you FINALLY get to where you have been fighting so hard to be. So put your head down, ignore the noise, and do the work. Enjoy the process and results will come!
