Hello to all my Crew!! With much deliberation, I have decided not to have my dance fitness classes. It was not an easy decision to make, but I feel at this time in my life it is what I need to do.
I am so very thankful and grateful that I got to do what I love to do for so long! And I am blessed to have gotten to meet so many amazing people 💛 I appreciate you all!
I have not been feeling well for the last couple of days so I will not be having class tomorrow morning.
I also want to thank James at Lemke's Fitness & Training Co. for allowing me to have my classes in the studio 🫶

Hey Crew!! Since Saturday’s weather is sounding not so nice, I WILL NOT BE HAVING CLASS ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 13th! 🥶❄️
I do plan on having class Sunday December 14th … hopefully we don’t get too much snow! Stay safe!!!

HERE IT IS!!!🎉🎉🎉 The schedule for December! I know it’s an extremely busy month, so I added some combos of Saturdays, Sundays and both days!! Why not have fun while you’re working out? Added bonus: it helps reduce stress too!!
