This week we want to showcase Jahir Quinones‼️

Since joining ETS Lake Country back in July, Jahir has hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back since 💪

Throughout his fall high school soccer season, Jahir continued to prioritize his development by committing to at least two training sessions per week. That level of consistency speaks volumes to his commitment to getting better‼️

When Jahir steps onto the training floor, he’s dialed in, ready took and praises the standard. We’re beyond proud of the accomplishments he achieved this soccer season, and we’re excited to see how what’s next for him 🔥

Today’s Feature Friday goes out to Milah Matusewic and the outstanding work she’s been putting in since July! 💪

Milah embodies what it means to be committed, and she continues to prove that week in and week out through her consistency, effort, and dedication to her training. The progress starts with showing up, putting in the work, and trusting the process—and Milah has done exactly that‼️

As she enters her junior year, Milah has some great goals for the lacrosse season ahead, and we’re excited to play a small part in her athletic journey as she continues to build toward a bright future🚀🥍

Milah, keep showing up, keep working, and keep crushing it. Big things are ahead for you! 🔥

It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of Cushing Elementary’s 14th Annual Decathlon Day!

We had a blast working with athletes from grades K-5th grade! They all brought with mini speed and strength sessions‼️

Thank you to the Cushing Elementary staff and volunteers for an awesome experience!

We’re excited for next year!
