The morning class is special. You’re up early, tired and a little voice in your head says “keep sleeping”. You tell that voice no and get up anyway. A wise friend once told me, if you need to work on yourself, get up early so you don’t take time from the ones you love..that advice changed my life and it can do the same for you.

A few Red Fox updates for you guys!

First up, Teen Foxes officially starts August 18th. This is our new program for ages 13 to 17, every Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 PM. Tuesdays will be Gi, Thursdays will be No-Gi.

Saturday Open Mats start August 22nd, from 10 AM to noon. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Parents: Please plan on staying if you’re bringing your child.

Our next team tournament is Newbreed in Columbia on November 14th. We’d love to bring a big Red Fox crew, so go ahead and get that date on your calendar. We’ll have more details coming soon.

And finally, I’m opening up 10 private lesson spots available to purchase each week. These are available to both members and non-members, and you can book a single session or bundle multiple sessions together. To schedule, just email me, text me, or book directly through redfoxbjj.com.
