In Find Your Claws, we discovered that anger is information, that fire transforms, and that our voices deserve to be heard. Show Your Fangs is the next step in that journey.

This workshop is about transforming wisdom into discernment, discernment into self-trust, self-trust into protection, and protection into personal sovereignty.

Through guided reflection, trauma-informed psychoeducation, somatic practices, yoga, and a meaningful closing ritual, you’ll explore what within you is truly sacred, identify the beliefs that make boundaries feel difficult, and learn to protect your peace without abandoning your compassion.

This is not a workshop about building walls. It is about becoming the guardian of your own life.

Your heart can remain soft.
Your spine can remain strong.
And not everyone has access to you.

Come discover what it means to trust yourself, honor your boundaries, and reclaim your sovereignty—because the most important relationship you will ever protect is the one you have with yourself.
