Have you ever wanted to try equestrian vaulting? Here’s your chance! Registration is now open for our Fall vaulting workshop for adults. Please note that the youth workshop is already full.

The adult workshop will take place on Saturday, October 10, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, and is open to individuals aged 17 and older. Reserve your spot today! The registration fee is $50.

NEXT VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION - September 24
Join the Pegasus Farm community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We have upcoming orientation sessions on Thursday, September 24, and Monday, October 26, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:30 PM.

We are seeking dedicated volunteers to help with various activities, including caring for our wonderful horses, assisting with equestrian classes, working in the barn, tending to our wellness garden, and maintaining our beautiful 120-acre farm. We can't wait to welcome you to our volunteer team!

Attention Homeschoolers! Pegasus Farm is offering a 6-week riding session for homeschoolers during the fall of 2026! Each lesson will include unmounted horse handling skills and a riding lesson. Content will include grooming, tacking, riding and more! No previous riding experience is required to enroll.
Weight limit: 180lbs, Cost: $270, Limit: 6 participants per session

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the 35 volunteers from The Timken Company work group who recently came out to improve the Farm. These dedicated individuals helped by removing the old playground, painting Amy's barn, staining the covered bridge, and weather-sealing our picnic tables. Petey enjoyed all the attention and photos! Thank you, Timken!

We want to send a big thank you to Jenn Currie and Wendy Shaffer at Horse of a Different Color: Brain-Centered Horsemanship for the workshops this past weekend. Everyone had a great time, learned a lot and connected with their horses. For all the horse lovers out there, keep following us on social media for more workshops like this one in the future. We are partnering with OSU Extension to expand learning opportunities at Pegasus Farm.

Yesterday, on August 26, a groundbreaking ceremony took place for our new indoor riding arena, marking an important milestone for Pegasus Farm. This event was not just about initiating a construction project; it was a celebration of vision, generosity, hard work, and the belief in the positive impact that the new arena will have on people's lives.

Our passionate staff, hardworking volunteers, generous donors, board members, community partners, friends, and neighbors all played vital roles in bringing this vision to fruition. Each group contributes to the story of Pegasus Farm, and their presence at the ceremony underscored their shared commitment to this momentous occasion.

The new building, which will span 16,000 square feet, aims to serve veterans and first responders through new programming, enhance equestrian programs for vulnerable youth and foster families, and support individuals facing mental health challenges. Additionally, it will create a space to diversify offerings for adults with disabilities, allowing them to experience the benefits of farm life more fully. The completion of the new arena is projected for early 2027.
