very proud of our 15u Pirates team. 4-1 in PP in one of the biggest events of the summer, took a high seed to extras in the playoffs and came up a little short. very excited for the future with this group.

some guys go to the beach for the all-star break, others go join the 16u Jays and hang out at the barn. no one’s bigger than the progrum. special guy special player. this is what it’s all about.

Another great draft for our NEB Alumni. Every single we had drafted or signed this year has a special story. A story of perseverance, adversity, an unwillingness to give in. I wish we could go back in time and you could see them as high schoolers in the dugout. No highly ranked players, just true love and passion for the grind. Not for one of them did this come easy, it was earned. It came with hard work, dedication, and sacrifice. Every single one of these guys had a reason during their respective careers to just give up on the dream and they didn't. They put their heads down and just worked harder than everyone else. They are true role models to our current playurs. The equation is simple, but certainely not easy, hard work, dedication, and sacrifice.

I ask our current/future playurs....do you have what it takes? Or are you worried about the wrong things!? All things are possible if you can just buy into the process. It wont be easy, your choice...!
