Sixteen summers. One community. Endless gratitude.π
As we close our 16th season on the beach, our hearts are full. ππ
The Town of Harwich Recreation Department has sponsored for 16 consecutive seasons. This beach, this program, this community exists because of their partnership and unwavering belief in the power of community wellness. We are deeply honored. π
Dave and Daniel of the Harwich Department of Public Works have lovingly raked our sacred circle and labyrinth into the sand each week, season after season. The care they bring to this space is felt by every person who walks it. The circle they create is more than preparation. It is an invitation. π
Our extraordinary teaching team - Michele Insley, Nancy Diamond, Erin OβDonnell, Lorraine Kermond, and Julia Rugo showed up with their whole hearts, their unique gifts, and their beautiful light all summer long. We are so grateful for each of them.β¨
And to every single person who rolled out a towel or mat on this beach this summer β in sunshine and rain, in wind and fog, on full moon nights and early Tuesday mornings β thank you. You are the reason we show up. You are the heart of everything. π
Red River Beach Yoga may be wrapping up for the season, but our yoga practice never ends.
Saturday morning sessions resume at 9am on most Saturdays at the Yoga Loft at the CSJ in Chatham in person or hybrid via Zoom.
