This girl has put in the work. She comes in focused, ready to learn and get better. From day 1 to day 20, her form has greatly improved WHICH leads to being a more consistent and SUCCESSFUL shooter. The smile on her face when she found her rhythm was priceless. That is where her confidence is growing! 🌱
The focus of this club has been about building solid foundational habits and the kids who are putting in the work are seeing the results! 🏀👏🏻
Imagine the growth these kids can have if they get started RIGHT - good habits, guidance, building confidence and understanding of the skills!

It’s not always easy to get up early and do the work when you don’t feel like it - BUT, when you’re committed to getting better and being better for your team, you show up.
We are proud of the girls who continue to be consistent, show up for skills, show up for league and bring a good attitude to each day!
That’s what it takes to grow a program - dedication to the mission.
Keep encouraging these young adults to work hard and show up for themselves and those counting on them. They are learning the values of teamwork and accountability.

These faces showing up everyday make me happy!
Shot club was designed to give kids an opportunity to get better, move their bodies, meet new friends and have fun with this game! 🏀
I’ve been so pleased with the kids that come day after day to work on their fundamentals and to see the progress start showing up is encouraging!!
This isn’t all the kids we’ve seen! There’s more! We still have room for more to come give this a try!
Girls and Boys grades 1st - 8th
Open gym style - 1-2:30 pm (they can come anytime during this time slot)
Honor system shot tracking
We will wrap up early next week as I have to leave town so our last day will be WEDNESDAY JUNE 24th.
If kids complete 4 days of our shot tracker, they can achieve the 1000+ mark! There’s still time!
We will have some awards and prizes for kids who participate! This is all about strengthening our youth Tiger culture and giving them a chance to develop!!

🏀 Hastings College Team Camp 🏀
The team went 2-1 on the day! Each opportunity to play is a new opportunity to get better! We will keep putting in the work 👊🏻

52 kids have come in to put in the work to become a better shooter. 🏀
We’ve had 5 kids reach 1000 shots so far and more to come!!! 🤩
That calls for popsicles and a dance party!
Week 2 - let’s keep up the work! Great shooters aren’t born. They are built through repetition!
