I started working with in September of last year. When we started he was weighing in at 255lbs. Today he weighed in at 184 with 18% body fat. That’s 71 lbs down in 9 months! This is a HUGE success of a transformation. Keep it up my man 💪🏻💪🏻.

MOTIVATION
Over the years my motivation for getting up and doing my workouts and making the decisions to eat the right things have changed. For a time it was all about losing weight and being happy with the way my clothes fit. Then it was about getting stronger and increasing muscle mass. While those things still apply, these two right here are why I keep going.
Husbands/Dads - Your family needs you. Lead by example and prioritize your health. Don’t let life rob you and your family of time and/or your ability to be there and be at your best for and with them. Your health is important because they are important.

Haven’t posted anything on here yet but Ash is 2 weeks old today. What a wild and amazing 2 weeks it’s been. The best part has been watching .daniels_ become the best most incredible mom I always knew she would be. Love you boo boo so glad we get to do this together.

Few days late but y’all ever hit a workout so hard you contemplate all of your decisions lol… My Saturday HIIT days definitely got me doing that lately. If you want to try it for yourself here it is:
20 squat jumps
20 KB swings
20 push ups
20 KB alternating cleans
10 burpees
15 KB high pulls
20 dynamic planks
20 KB alternating high pulls
*3 circuits with 1 minute rest between circuits
Highly recommend doing this at the end of your workout week before your rest day. Rest is super important after HIIT type workouts!

Rest is incredibly important and can be a very neglected practice if we aren’t careful.
When going through a bulk phase, where your goal is increased muscle mass and strength, and you are training consistently at 85% of your 1 rep max, it becomes even more important.
Taking a “deload” is essential for giving your muscles the needed recovery time to not only repair but also to grow those new fibers. Here are a few very basic things to remember when going through a deload.
