We may not do social media well.... but we compete, host, coach, hang out, and apparently raise kids with the best of them.

Co-owner hosted Man 2026 yesterday and it went as well as anyone could have imagined. Great day. Great crew.

And we cannot let another day go by without thanking .fitness.the.ell for allowing another year of Mississippi's Strongest Man to run in their house. They have been so good to us. If you are ever in central Mississippi and need an amazing place to train (or call your home gym!), it doesn't get much better than this place. Huge gym, all the amenities, all the equipment, and some good people to run the spot. If you ever see an event hosted here, you know you'll be treated right too!
