A new round of classes starts on Monday! (07/15/2024) These workout classes are for people of ANY LEVEL of fitness! I offer one hour High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes!

Monday & Wednesday from 6:30pm - 7:30pm @ 57 Epley Rd in Sumrall, MS!

In my classes, your heart rate will reach the anaerobic phase, which allows your body to KEEP BURNING CALORIES UP TO 36 HOURS AFTER THE WORKOUT🔥

It’s a total of $55 for 4 weeks (8 classes total) which averages under $7 per workout! I take cash, Venmo, & Cash-app! 💰

I also offer the workouts virtually! You can either join us live on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm or the session will be recorded and sent to your email to complete at your convenience!

Individuals use dumbbells and resistance bands when they are ready to take things to the next level (feel free to bring yours), but to get started the must-haves are a yoga mat, a water bottle, and yourself!

What’s up! The holidays are HERE, and if you like to eat like I do, TRUEtone workouts are a MUST!!
NEW ROUND STARTS TONIGHT! (Wednesday, November 29th!)

If you’re having trouble committing to coming for the 4 week bootcamp, I have another option just for you!!
$10 drop in classes are for anyone who is wanting to try it out or those who are unsure of how many classes they can make!!
$10 Cash or Venmo due anytime before the class begins!

Also, don’t let this intimidate you because it is optional, but you have the option to bring dumbbells. They can be as light or as heavy as you choose, but I wouldn’t advise going over 12 or 15 lbs. That being said, you can bring as low of weight as you please! We also use resistance bands, so bring one if you have it! No one will miss out on anything by not having dumbbells; we will just add the weights to various workouts to add intensity & build more muscle mass!💪🏼

Again, all you need is a water bottle, a yoga mat, and yourself😉!

Frozen Sweet Treat
What you need ⬇️
•Chopped bananas 🍌
•Peanut butter 🥜🧈
•Melted semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍫
•Sea salt 🧂
Spread on parchment paper lined on a pan, freeze for 45 mins, and break to your liking!
