We offer special discounted rates for the following: Ages 21 and under, Hattiesburg Clinic employees (PRIDE perks), healthcare workers that ask about PRIDE perks but work for FGH, fire fighters, LEO, military, and first responders. In addition, we extend all discounted rates to direct family members. Retired military? You get a discount, and so does your spouse!

September 7th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. there will be a Roast & Toast of our Executive Director, Tony Mozingo, benefitting Homes of Hope for Children.

Food, Music, and entertainment at our Director's expense will be provided! Tickets for this event can be purchased at hohfc.org/roast, or by calling 769-456-7021.

Each ticket admits two for the event and provide one entry into the $10,000 cash drawdown! You do not have to be present to win. RSVP by August 30th!

Someone said they couldn't tell if we were open based on our page. We are. We have been doing in the business in the same location for the same for 15 years now, and we still are.

We have traded in our old treadmills and added four brand new ones! We are constantly trying to improve for our members!

We have added UVC bulbs into our air conditioning system to purify all air that circulates through. We continue to do our part to minimize the potential health risk of our facility.

Covid-19 rates in Lamar county are climbing. We are working hard to keep our facility as safe as possible, but it is impossible to eliminate risk. While we are not requiring masks while exercising, we want to remind everyone that we do recommend it. We also advise that high-risk individuals avoid the gym or come during non-busy times. Please contact us if you have any questions!

Doctor warns indoor gyms are high-risk areas for COVID-19 Dr. Rambod Rouhbakhsh said there are safe ways to visit the gym.

Both Mayor Barker and Gov. Reeves have included mask exemptions for gyms in their latest orders. We ask that you continue to wear your mask into and out of our facility, but you may remove it for the duration of your exercise routine. All of our other coronavirus guidelines are still in effect. These are our temporary guidelines as per the Governor and Mayor. We are taking things one week at a time, and these will be in place for the time being.
