I wanna wish myself a happy birthday by thanking all the people that have helped make me who I am today.. I have to begin by saying I thank God for creating me. I also wanna thank my parents for teaching me. I wanna thank my wife Felicia for taking one of my ribs and loving me with it. I wanna thank my sisters for showing me that good women do exist. I wanna thank all my grandparents for reinforcing everything my parents tried to instill in me. I wanna thank my uncle Cal whom I miss the most! I wanna thank East Marion for my kindergarten year in Columbia. Ha! Speaking of that!! All those HOT summers in lil river with my papa and my grandmama. Whew! Lol I'm killing myself laughing right now! Picking cucumbers,corn,peas,butter beans,watermelons, and having to sweep the carport 100 times a day! . I wanna thank my uncle Candyman for "learning " me! 💯. I wanna thank every sport I've ever played, for teaching me to be slow to speak and swift to hear. I wanna thank all the adversity I've ever had. . I wanna thank my 3 beautiful kids for teaching me how to be a good daddy and a proud father! I wanna thank my best man Eric Ingram for being there for me boy!! I wanna thank Dixie and FCAHS for being my mold! I wanna thank God again for every congregation I've ever stood in front of... Also for every Client that I've ever trained and every house that I've ever built! I wanna thank Coach Dolan, Coach Vance, and Coach Nowell for the opportunities they provided for me!! Just an FYI.. I'm back at home! I've had the blessed opportunity to leave the city of Hattiesburg for 1 1/2 yrs and help create and build 2 facilities. During this time I came to know a whole new family! They have made a tremendous impact on me and my family and I'm very grateful for those doors that opened! Tomorrow morning will begin the tandem of myself Coach Buck and Coach Felicia. We plan to dominate the fitness world. Class times at the Hattiesburg HEALTHY LIVING FITNESS location are 5 am 6am 7 am 8am /4:30pm 5:45pm 6:45pm Monday-Thursday. Fridays are only A.M. times. TAKE NO DAYS OFF!! Lol. I know. I know. I know. I walked behind my gym late last night just thinking about everything that's been going wrong with my life and the situations that seem so unfair. I'm a hard worker. Someone who loves others more than himself. I was angry because I felt like I should be. However. I went to sit down at the creek behind my gym in Lincoln Rd. and before I could I saw this doll laying there and I froze in great fear!! Speechless. Motionless. I don't believe in witchcraft! Long story short. I went to pick it up and it was stuck to the rocks. So I snatched on it and picked it up. The fear left and I got rid of it. I'm speechless as is everyone else. But my FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST is strong and No weapon formed against Christ shall prosper. There may be nothing to this and many may have a lot to say about it. But every client I've ever had will tell you that Coach Jackson is a good person. Lol and that's accurate!! Ha! However. I've been holding back. Trying to put a smile on my own face. Well that's not the way. Divine success comes from serving others. Whether you feel like it or not... JUST DO IT! Take no days off! Be instant in season and out of season. In other words.. Know your role and do your job.. Therefore I'm telling you.. Tell the enemy to bring the dolls. Bring the hate. Try to burn my bridges. Do whatever you can to make me fail. Ha! Guess what.... Yall say it with me🎤🎶🎶🎶GREATER IS HE THATS IN ME IS GREATER THAN HE THATS IN THE WORLD!

I've have so many roadblocks since I decided to give my life to the people who wanna see a better them. Thing is, I always seem to go thru them instead of avoid them. I never run. I never quit. I always take the blows and keep pressing forward because that's all I know. I ask all my clients to do the same. Past, present, and future. With me or without me, all things are possible. Coach is going thru it again. But I feel stronger than I did before. I'm asking all of you to do the same. This life is real and it's gonna throw the biggest of challenges at you. Don't fold. Don't break. Instead, face it. Only you can say it's over and like we all know lol. IT AINT OVER TILL GOD SAYS IT'S OVER!! Go hard..

It's just a matter of time.. Coach Jackson can't be stopped. People love me and people hate me. At the end of the day, that's the case with all of us. So I'm no one special. I'm just somebody with a grind and a drive in me that won't stop because I can't stop. I love my wife and kids and I'm willing to give them the best life possible. So stay tuned.. I've got a plan
