Kinetic Connection - Yoga & Dance is having some soulful savings! Whether you are wanting yoga, pole dance, chair, conditioning(strengthening class) or even increasing flexibility….there is a class for you! You can access all the class via zoom from the comfort of your home. Maybe you need extra support in-between in-person classes.
