RAPID RESPONSE: BETA TESTERS NEEDED!
We’re looking for busy women who want to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being—but feel like life keeps getting in the way.
Because of the hands-on nature of this program, we’re opening only 20 application spots.
From those applicants, 10 women will be selected to participate in the beta test of our new 6-Week Life & Wellness Reset at a special beta-test rate.
Deadline to apply: Saturday, September 26 at 6:00 PM
Applicants reviewed: The following week
Official program kickoff: Monday, September 28, 2026
But before I tell you what the program is, I need to explain why we built it in the first place.
In the beginning...
Everything God created had order.
There was rhythm.
There was purpose.
There was rest.
Work wasn’t the enemy.
Responsibility wasn’t the enemy.
Taking care of people wasn’t the enemy.
There was enough.
Enough strength.
Enough peace.
Enough margin.
Enough for what God asked Adam and Eve to do.
Then sin entered.
And with it came more than moral failure.
Disorder entered.
Things began demanding more than they were designed to.
The ground fought back.
Work became toil.
Relationships became strained.
Life became heavier.
The original design didn’t disappear...
But it became buried underneath disorder.
And I believe that’s exactly where so many women are living today.
Not because they’ve sinned.
Not because they’re weak.
Not because they don’t care.
But because life has become disorder.
Every day begins with good intentions.
Then something happens.
A meeting runs long.
A patient needs something.
A student needs something.
A customer needs something.
A child needs something.
A husband needs something.
Dinner still has to happen.
Laundry still has to happen.
Tomorrow still has to be planned.
And by the time everyone else has received what they needed...
there’s almost nothing left for her.
Not physically.
Not mentally.
Not emotionally.
So when someone tells her:
“You just need more discipline.”
Or:
“You need to make yourself a priority.”
It can almost feel insulting.
Not because she disagrees.
Because she’s been trying.
She wants to eat better.
She wants more energy.
She wants to feel confident again.
She wants to enjoy vacations without worrying about how she looks in every picture.
She wants to stop hiding from the camera.
She wants to stop wondering why her body keeps changing.
She wants to feel like herself again.
She wants all of those things.
She just doesn’t know where they’re supposed to fit anymore.
And eventually...
She begins believing something that may not even be true:
“My problem must be motivation.”
But what if it isn’t?
What if motivation was never the real problem?
What if the real problem is that you’ve been carrying so much for so long...
that by the time you finally get to yourself...
there’s simply nothing left to give?
Because here’s what I’ve learned after years of coaching women:
The problem usually isn’t that they don’t know healthy food exists.
It isn’t that they’ve never heard they need more protein.
It isn’t that they don’t know exercise is important.
Most of them already know those things.
The problem is that nearly every solution they find gives them another responsibility.
Another app.
Another meal plan.
Another workout.
Another tracker.
Another diet.
Another set of numbers.
Another thing to manage.
Another decision.
When the very thing they’re already running out of...
is the mental bandwidth to make one more decision.
That’s why Proverbs 4:7 says:
“...and with all thy getting get understanding.”
Notice what that says.
Get understanding.
Not just more information.
Because information by itself doesn’t remove confusion.
Understanding does.
Understanding tells you:
“This is what’s happening.”
“This is why it’s happening.”
“This is what matters right now.”
“This can wait.”
“This is where we begin.”
“This is what comes next.”
Before we built another nutrition program...
Before we added another accountability system...
Before we changed what we were doing at Champion’s Way...
We started asking a different question:
What if the first thing a busy woman needs isn’t another plan...
but understanding?
Because Proverbs 29:18 also says:
“Where there is no vision, the people perish...”
And you can see what happens when someone loses a clear vision of where she’s going.
She drifts.
She loses direction.
She becomes discouraged.
Eventually, she can begin losing hope that anything is ever really going to change.
And I believe that’s what happens to so many women.
Not overnight.
One skipped workout.
One rushed dinner.
One exhausting week.
One vacation.
One stressful month.
One year.
Then another.
Until one morning...
She looks in the mirror and hardly recognizes the woman looking back at her.
Not because she suddenly became lazy.
Not because she stopped caring.
Because somewhere along the way, she slowly disappeared underneath everything and everyone depending on her.
That’s why we rebuilt Champion’s Way differently.
We don’t begin by asking:
“What workout should you do?”
We begin by asking:
“What is your body trying to tell us?”
What’s actually happening?
Where are you right now?
What is getting in the way?
What deserves your attention first?
And what can we take off your plate instead of adding something else to it?
Because once we understand those things...
everything else becomes simpler.
Not necessarily easier.
Simpler.
Fewer decisions.
Less guessing.
Less conflicting information.
More clarity.
More direction.
A clear first step.
And then another clear step after that.
Most importantly...
a plan designed to fit your actual life instead of asking you to build your life around another program.
And maybe you’re reading this thinking...
“This sounds like exactly what I need.”
But right now just isn’t a good time.
Maybe work is crazy right now.
Maybe the kids have something going on.
Maybe you have a trip coming up.
Maybe your schedule is already packed.
Maybe financially you want to think about it.
Maybe you just feel like you need to get through the next few weeks first.
And maybe you’re telling yourself:
“Once things settle down, I’ll finally have time to focus on me.”
But there’s one question I want you to seriously consider:
When was the last time life actually stayed settled?
Because there was probably something before the thing you’re dealing with now.
And there will probably be something after it.
That doesn’t mean you should neglect your responsibilities.
It doesn’t mean your family suddenly comes second.
And it certainly doesn’t mean adding another overwhelming obligation to your life.
That would defeat the entire purpose.
But it may mean that waiting for a season when nobody needs you, work isn’t demanding, the calendar is clear, you have plenty of energy, and taking care of yourself finally feels convenient...
may mean waiting for a season that never comes.
And that’s really the question.
Not:
“Do I have enough time to completely change my life right now?”
But:
“Do I want another six weeks to look like the last six?”
Because six weeks are going to pass either way.
And if nothing changes...
nothing changes.
That’s why this isn’t about asking you to suddenly become more motivated.
It’s about finally creating a way forward that doesn’t depend on motivation being there every day.
Which brings me back to why I’m looking for 10 women.
RAPID RESPONSE: 10 BETA TESTERS WILL BE SELECTED
We’re opening applications for the first beta group of our new 6-Week Life & Wellness Reset.
We’re accepting up to 20 applications, and from those applications, 10 women will be selected for the beta program.
This isn’t for everybody.
I’m specifically looking for busy women who recognize themselves somewhere in what they just read and are ready to find out what is actually keeping them stuck—not simply try another diet or workout.
You don’t need to know exactly what the problem is.
That’s our job to help you understand.
You don’t need to already have your schedule figured out.
You don’t need to get in shape before you start.
And you don’t need to promise me that you’re going to be perfect for six weeks.
The first step is much smaller than that.
Apply.
Tell us where you are, what’s been happening, and what you want to change.
We’ll review the applications and determine which 10 women are the best fit for this beta group.
If you’re selected, we’ll walk you through what we see, what we believe your first step should be, and exactly what the six weeks would look like for you.
Deadline to apply: Saturday, September 26 at 6:00 PM
Applications will be reviewed the following week.
The program officially begins Monday, September 28, 2026.
So if you’ve spent the last few months—or maybe the last few years—telling yourself...
“I’ll take care of me when life slows down...”
I’m not asking you to overhaul your life today.
I’m asking you to take one small step toward understanding what needs to change.
If this describes you, comment “RESET” below and you’ll be added to the list of 20 applicants.
I, Head Coach Anthony Payton, will personally send you a DM confirming your spot on the applicant list and letting you know the next step.
