Metabolic Training is compound exercises with little rest in between in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout which is conducted with minimum weights and body weight. ⠀

6amTuesday and Friday- HIIT 💯⠀

High-Intensity Interval Training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by a short active recovery period. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.⠀
