Camp 2 is in the books!
Weather kept us indoors for all four days, but this group brought great energy, focus, and enthusiasm throughout the week.
The smaller camp setting gave us the opportunity to spend more time with each player, focus on the details, and create a fun, competitive environment from start to finish.

We’re looking forward to getting back on the grass for our third and final camp in July and hopefully enjoying some of that Mississippi summer heat. Spots are still available, and we’d love to see you there!

Our first Boys Summer Camp of the year is in the books!
The week threw a few challenges our way with weather forcing us indoors early on, but the players brought great energy and enthusiasm every day. We used the opportunity to continue developing technical skills, compete in small-sided games, and make the most of every session.
By the end of the week, the weather finally cooperated and we were able to get outside to finish camp with our annual World Cup tournament. After a competitive day of matches, Switzerland emerged as our World Cup champions.
Thank you to all of the players and families who joined us this week. We love seeing the players learn, compete, and have fun throughout the camp and we’re looking forward to seeing many of you again at our next camps later this summer.

We’re pleased to announce the signing of Steven Leblanc, a defender from Macouria, French Guiana, who will join William Carey Men’s Soccer.
Steven transfers from Arizona Western College, where he was a key part of the Matadors’ defense over the past two seasons. He started 28 of 32 matches played and earned All-Region 1 First Team honors last season for his performances at the back.
During his freshman year, Steven helped Arizona Western to a Region I Championship and West District Championship, earning a place in the NJCAA National Tournament.

The dust has settled on our Graduating Seniors final Spring. Our graduates this May included Lewis Green, Elias Salminen, Dennis Hamzic, Milos Stajkovic, Tobias Minkus, Felix Rocca, and Maruan Foletto Da Silva. We want to wish each our graduates the best of luck in the future and thank them for their efforts as representatives of our program! Congratulations and thank you lads!

Today, we celebrated another special chapter for William Carey Men’s Soccer. We began by recognising our 2025 Wall of Fame inductees:
Michael Conejero Corpas: 28 goals, 16 assists, Second Team All-American, NAIA All-Tournament Team, 2x SSAC, Regular Season Champion, SSAC Tournament Champion, National Tournament Final 4, Professional contracts with multiple clubs.
Guilherme Terra: SSAC Regular Season Champion, 2x SSAC Tournament Champion, National Tournament Final Four, Team Record 9 Goals Conceded, SSAC Newcomer of the Year, Undefeated at Home, and Team Captain.
Nigel Boulton: Record 130-74-16, 1x Region Coach of the Year, 3x Conference Coach of the Year, 3x National Tournament Appearances, 2011 National Tournament Final 4
Jamie Barry: First Team All-American, SSAC Defensive Player of the Year, SSAC Golden Gloves, SSAC First Team All-Conference, 2x NAIA Defensive Player of the Week, 2x SSAC Defensive Player of the Week

We also wanted to take the time to give special recognition to our Head Coach, Barry Farrell, who completed his 10th season in 2025. Coach Farrell holds a 154-29-20 record, has guided his Crusaders to 8 overall SSAC Championships, and has competed in the NAIA National Tournament each year.

A great day spent serving in the community at Healthy Kids Day at the Petal Family Branch YMCA.

Our coaches and student-athletes were proud to volunteer and take part in a great event that promoted crafts, outdoor activities, healthy eating habits, and time for kids to be active. We were grateful for the chance to represent William Carey Men’s Soccer, connect with families, and share the game of soccer with the community.
