This weekend our Eagles take the field for Week 1, representing Hauppauge both at home and on the road. From our youngest players to our oldest, it’s time to put all that hard work, preparation, and teamwork into action.

Today, the Hauppauge Eagles family pauses to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

We remember the families whose lives were forever changed.
We remember the heroes who ran toward danger to help others.
We remember the strength and unity our communities showed in the days that followed.

As coaches, parents, and leaders, we have a responsibility to teach the next generation about courage, sacrifice, service, and standing together.

Today, we remember.
Today, we honor.

Now we're asking our community to help us take the next step in protecting the kids who proudly wear HAUPPAUGE across their chest.

🛡️ The Protect Every Eagle Player Safety Initiative has one major goal:

Provide our Hauppauge Eagles athletes with new, modern protective equipment and continue building one of the safest youth football programs on Long Island.

Our vision includes:

💪 New Youth Flux shoulder pads
⭐ 5-Star rated helmet protection
📏 Proper equipment fitting
🛡️ Continued safety education and equipment reconditioning
👦 135+ young athletes impacted

And most importantly, it's about making sure every child who steps onto that field has the protection they deserve.

Watching this program continue to grow each year is a testament to the dedication of our players, coaches, and families—and the future is brighter than ever!
