The 11U Phenom NY squad is officially underway this spring, and you can already see the results of a winter filled with hard work, focus, and dedication from both the players and coaches. Every rep, every drill, and every session in the offseason is starting to show on the field, and it’s translating into strong, confident play. More importantly, this group is proving that it’s not about the scoreboard, it’s about effort, attitude, and growth. Whether it’s a win or a loss, these boys bring a relentless, no-quit mentality every time they step between the lines. They’re competing hard, picking each other up, and having fun doing it, all while continuing to develop not just as ballplayers, but as young men. And that growth, both on and off the field, is what truly defines Phenom NY.
