The Sea Lions carried an impressive 11-1-1 season record in this weekends Round Robin Tournament at the Rinx and the boys didn't disappoint their fans. After battling the Stingrays to a 3-3 tie, they beat Makos 5-3 to avenge their only loss of the season. They then beat the Hammerheads 3-1 to gain a berth in the Championship Game. It was the Hammerheads again and it was a tough one. The Hammerheads opened the scoring with only a minute and nineteen seconds remaining in first. The Sea Lions got it evened up half way through the second. It stayed that way, defenses working hard and some excellent goaltending, until 46.2 seconds remaining in the game, when the Hammerheads managed to put the puck in the net. A couple of late charges by the Sea Lions fell short, and the day was done. Congratulations to all the boys and the coaches on a great season. Thanks to all the fans for coming out each week to support your team. Enjoy the summer, stay safe and remember, the fall season is only three short months away...See you in September.

The Sea Lions took the ice this morning against the Makos and what a game it was. The Makos scored first, the Sea Lions tied it up and that's how the most of the game went. Offenses pushed forward and the defense pushed back. Both netminders had there hands full and did outstanding work. Then late in the third period the boys took a slim one goal lead but the Makos made the come back this time and with just 1:29 remaining in the game where able to put one last one in the net to hand the Sea Lions there only defeat this season. It was a great season and the boys finished with a great 11-1-1 record. Be proud and stand tall, it was a fantastic job by players and coaches. Now on to the Round Robin... GO SEA LIONS!

The Sea Lions carried their unbeaten streak onto the ice this afternoon to battle the Whales. The game went back and forth as the boys built a two goal lead only to have the Whales storm back to tie it up. After exchanging another couple of goals, the Sea Lions took control of the game half way through the third period, putting a couple of pucks past the Whales netminder and skating off with a nice 5-3 victory.
