ONE YEAR ALREADY? I guess the saying is true- “time flies when you’re having fun.”💗
When I first opened TPR the vision was small group fitness. I wanted to find a way to emphasize mental health through movement in a new way. Our studio offers classes specifically designed for women's needs. We offer classes specifically designed for mothers—teaching moms how to stay fit without losing focus on their family responsibilities and young women looking for a home! I always knew that working out can be intimidating. I wanted to provide the privacy and safety that comes with a women-only gym and help them find peace. I may be biased but I believe we’ve done just that. 💗
TPR BABES- Thank you a million times. None of this is possible without you. We’re forever grateful for the friendships that have blossomed here. Our fitness family runs DEEP.
TPR COACHES- There is no me, without you. Your passion and creative approaches, incorporating mental health awareness into fitness never goes unnoticed. Thank you for making my dreams a reality.
