History made. 👏🏽🏀
A huge congratulations to Alan Shi on being recognized as the first Asian-American basketball player to sign with Overtime Elite (OTE) and earn a Division I opportunity.
This achievement is about much more than basketball. It’s about breaking barriers, representing a community, and proving that hard work, sacrifice, and belief can open doors that many thought were impossible.
From countless hours in the gym to competing against some of the best talent in the country, Alan has continued to raise the standard while staying humble, hungry, and focused on the next challenge.
At 6’10”, with the skill set of a guard and the mindset of a worker, Alan’s journey is just getting started.
As your trainer, mentor, and representative, I couldn’t be more proud. But more importantly, I’m grateful to call you a friend. Watching your growth on and off the court, navigating the ups and downs, and seeing you continue to chase your dreams with humility and determination has been an honor. The basketball accomplishments are incredible, but the person you’ve become is what makes me most proud.
Keep inspiring the next generation. Keep breaking barriers. Keep proving what’s possible.
The best is yet to come. 💪🏼🌎🏀

OVER 25 D1 OFFERS COMING! WE BEEN KNOWING!!
Funny how some days I’m in the gym working with professional players, Division 1 athletes, national team players, and some of the top prep prospects in the country… and then I have to explain basketball development to 7th and 8th grade parents who think their kid is already headed to the NBA or WNBA. 😂
The reality is that this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. Talent matters. Work ethic matters. Character matters. Being in the right environment matters. And most importantly, being willing to hear the truth matters.
To the parents who trust the process, who allow honest conversations about their child’s strengths and weaknesses, and who continue to support their kids through the ups and downs—thank you. Those are usually the families that continue to find success.
To the rest of you… YES, YOU KNOW IT ALL 😉. 💪🏼🙌🏼

🇩🇴 What a journey it has been for Tyanna!
Through the ups and downs, the injuries, the setbacks, and the challenges, she has never stopped fighting for her dream. Time and time again, she has risen to the occasion, proving that resilience, dedication, and hard work always pay off.
Today, she proudly represents the Dominican Republic National Team 🇩🇴 while continuing to make her mark as one of the best point guards in the country 🇺🇸 and a freshman starter at UMass Lowell.
As impressive as she is on the court, what makes us even prouder is the person she is off of it. Humble, hardworking, coachable, and always willing to put in the work.
Keep chasing greatness, Tyanna. This is only the beginning. We’re proud of you and excited to watch the next chapter of your journey unfold.
