The Haverhill Hound, Rod & Gun Club’s (HHRG) mission is to support and educate sportsmen, sportswomen, and anyone interested in the shooting sports, archery, fishing, hunting, and the outdoor sports in general. HHRG has twelve NRA Certified Fi****ms Instructors offering courses in Home Fi****ms Safety, Basic Pistol Shooting, Rifle, Shotgun, Personal Defense In The Home, Personal Defense Outside The Home, NRA Range Safety Officer, Women On Target, and Reloading.

Club members requested to help staff our booth at the Topsfield Fair. Sat/Oct/3 - Mon/Oct/12. One free pass and free parking per shift. First come first choice of days/shifts. 10-2 pm, 2-6 pm, 6-9:30 pm. See our web site HHRG.org for a link to the volunteer calendar.

The public is invited to our open house. Rifle and pistol ranges will be closed to shooting during the event. Rain or shine. We hope to see you there! Sunday October 4, 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Hot dogs and refreshments will be available as a thank you for coming by.

September Rifle Match Schedule
Muzzleloading: Sunday, 9/13
This match will consist of 6 shots at 50yds from the benchrest position using the NMLRA bottle target.
Single shot rifle: Sunday, 9/27
This match will consist of ten shots at 100yds from the benchrest position using the 100yd smallbore target with sighters.
