Congratulations to everyone who earned a new belt at our September Belt Graduation! 🥋🎉

September is one of the most challenging graduations to achieve because so much of the training takes place during the summer months. Despite vacations, changing schedules, and busy summer plans, these students continued showing up, working hard, and demonstrating incredible PERSEVERANCE.

Earning a new belt is about so much more than learning new techniques. It represents commitment, discipline, personal growth, and the ability to keep going when training becomes physically or emotionally challenging.

We are incredibly proud of every student who stepped onto the floor and earned their new rank. Your hard work paid off, congratulations! 👏🥋

Sensei and Deshi had a wonderful time today watching Sofia and Mr. DeGrenier perform in School of Rock at The Firehouse! It’s always so special to see our students do the things they love!

A special thank you to the DeGrenier family for generously gifting us tickets. It was such a fun production and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. Sofia and Mr. DeGrenier did an incredible job! Thank you again for including us! ❤️🎭

Our Competition Team had a great time at the dojo tonight watching the Amerikick International Championships live! It was an awesome opportunity to get inspired while working on our own forms.

We are incredibly proud of how hard our team continues to work. Even on a fun night out, this group is derived to improving. A few students even landed new tricks tonight that they’re excited to show off in future performances! 🔥

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Roll & Tumble Class today! We had so much fun teaching everyone different types of rolls, including forward rolls, backward rolls, and diving rolls!

Everyone did an awesome job learning new skills, challenging themselves, and having fun along the way. We hope you had as much fun as we did! 🥋
