š«µDONāT LET MISTAKES FOOL YOU
Thereās something I need you to understand.
Getting good doesnāt mean you stop messing up.
I still trip.
I still step on the rope.
I still make mistakes.
Sometimes Iāll get a minute into jumping, catch the rope on my footā¦
and start over.
Thatās jumping rope.
The difference is that I donāt interpret the mistake as evidence that Iām bad at it.
The rope stopped.
I start again.
Thatās it.
A beginner trips and thinks:
āI suck at this.ā
Someone whoās been doing it for years trips and thinks:
āWhatever.ā
And starts jumping again.
That mental shift is part of getting good too.
Make the mistake, learn from it, and move on.

5 years ago I felt stuck.
I convinced myself that I had to commit to long workouts that were painful and gruelling.
I overcomplicated the whole thing.
If I was to go back in time, this is what Iād tell myself.
Better than a squirrel riding a tricycle, eating walnuts ⤵ļø

Think you donāt have enough time to work out today?
If you have *10 minutes*, you have enough time to build a habit.
Hereās where Iād start:
šŖ¢ 1 minute: Warm up (march on the spot, arm circles, light mobility)
šŖ¢ 8 minutes: Jump rope at your own pace
* 30 seconds jumping
* 30 seconds resting
* Repeat
šŖ¢ 1 minute: Stretch and catch your breath
Thatās it.
Will one 10-minute workout transform your fitness?
No.
But repeating it a few times each week absolutely can.
Stop aiming for the perfect workout.
Aim for the workout youāll actually do.
Because every time you show up, youāre reinforcing the habit of becoming someone who moves their body consistently.

The secret to a smooth boxer step? šŖ¢
Itās not about jumping faster or trying to force the movement.
It comes down to how you shift your weight between your feet.
Get that weight transfer right and the boxer step starts to feel smoother, more relaxed and much more natural.
Master the movement first. Then add the rope.

How many workout plans have you saved...
..only to never start them?
The truth is, you donāt need another plan.
You need something thatās:
āļø affordable
āļø quick
āļø effective
āļø easy to do from home
Thatās why jump rope has become my go-to.
No complicated routines.
No expensive equipment.
No waiting for the āperfectā time.
Just a few minutes a day that actually add up.
