At Lōkahi Wai, we have a cute cozy space we call TRANSFORM, mind and body playground, where amazing Yoga teachers are sharing their knowledge for you to get healthy with us.
We care about you and have created some schedule we think is very convenient: 6am on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s so you can get it done before work and 5:30 pm same days to give you a chance when pau hana, if you missed the am class
These classes are perfect for any level and no previous experience necessary….. just grab a yoga mat or a blanket and show up for you 🌈❤️🔥😎.
