Calling hours: 9/30 from 3-8PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc - 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction

Service: 10/1 at 10AM at Fishkill Baptist Church. Burial will follow in St. Denis Cemetery.

As we allow all of our staff, athletes, & families to mourn this loss, please be patient with any schedule movement over the next couple of days.

Since the news of Jordan’s passing, something has become overwhelmingly clear: there is an enormous community that loved Jordan and wants to take care of his family.

-

So many people have asked the same question:
“What can we do?” 👇🏻

-

This fund is one way we can answer that question together.

Our goal is to give Sarah and the boys the space to grieve while helping carry some of the responsibilities of everyday life that don’t stop during a loss like this.

Funds raised will go directly toward supporting the family’s immediate and ongoing needs, including meals and groceries, childcare and transportation for the boys, household expenses, home and lawn services, repairs, and whatever unexpected needs arise in the weeks and months ahead.

We cannot take away this loss. But we can make sure Sarah, KJ, and Chase don’t have to carry everything that comes with it alone.

Jordan spent years investing his time, energy, knowledge, and heart into other people. He built stronger athletes, helped other people succeed, and created relationships that reached far beyond the walls of Velocity.

Now it’s our turn to show up for his family the way Jordan always showed up for us.

Thank you for loving Jordan and for surrounding Sarah, KJ, and Chase with the same strength, generosity, and support that Jordan gave to so many others.

Coach Jordan demanded excellence from our coaches.

He believed that every athlete deserved our full attention and our very best effort. He cared about developing stronger, faster, and more confident athletes, but, as so many of the messages we have received have reminded us, he cared even more about the young people they were becoming. That will not change.

The quality of our coaching has always separated Velocity, and Coach Jordan played an enormous role in establishing that standard. Our entire coaching staff is committed to carrying it forward—to teaching, mentoring, challenging, and caring for our athletes at the level he expected every single day.

There will never be another Coach Jordan. We will honor him by ensuring that the principles he believed in remain at the heart of Velocity. We will continue what he helped build. We will uphold his standards. We will invest in our athletes, and we will work every day to make them better.

That is how he led, and that is how his legacy will continue at Velocity.

We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support for Coach Jordan, his family, and our Velocity family during these unimaginable days. We ask for your patience and understanding as our coaches and staff return tomorrow while grieving the loss of someone who meant so much to all of us.
His presence will forever be a part of Velocity Sports Performance.
