Slow off the start? Watch the heels 👀

When your weight sits on your heels, you rock backwards before you can go forwards. That’s slippage: more blade on the ice, wasted motion, and lost time on every first step.

Shift your weight forward toward your toes and you cut out the backwards rock, get less blade on the ice, and get an instant first push.

Watch it again and look at where the first stride starts.
