Cole Crocker aka PrimeTime 🏈🦅

The man himself has been as consistent as it gets from the very beginning, and has continued to make strides throughout the fall. We’re extremely proud of the effort Cole has put in on a weekly basis, and are pumped to watch him step into the throwing ring this spring and dominate!

Athletes like Cole are why we do what we do - great energy, always making us laugh, and continuing to invest in his goals. Awesome work, Cole!

Emary Tommerup 🚀🏀

Hoop season is right around the corner, and you better believe she’s ready to get started! One of our original members and our first athlete to graduate from Speed Plus to Total Performance, Emary has improved every session she’s come in to train.

She’s been able to add 10+ lbs to all her main exercises, has developed her quickness for the court, and is a great example of what a committed athlete can accomplish in training.

Thank you for all of your hard work, Em! We’re pumped to watch you crush it this season!

Aure Brennan! 🏈🏀

On the field and court Aure is the big play specialist. Since joining ETS, Aure has cut almost two tenths of a second off his fly 10 time and climbed to the 96th percentile for his age in the countermovement jump all with football season in full swing.

A dude to keep eyes on for years to come, Aure has excelled in his program since the first time he stepped through our doors. In-season or out of season, this guy is always looking for ways to get an edge on his competition.

Thank you for your consistency, dedication, and drive - you’re just getting started big fella!

Got to see the crew out in Rathdrum after a big win yesterday!

The Jr. Hawks 8th graders have been crushing it this season, and our guys were making big plays all over the field on Saturday - Lakeland Hawks Football has some studs on the way! Love to go out and see the fellas do what they do best!
