HHS vs. Choctaw (W) 21-19

I was asked to capture some pictures of the 911 Memorial stair climb today, and what an honor it was. I can still remember exactly where I was, who I was with, and how that day changed everything-both in the moment and for our future. I’ve often been told I have a way of capturing emotion through the lens, and I choose to believe I did that today. What you will see our raw, unedited photos— just as we all felt raw, helpless emotions on that day. People from all walks of life participated. Some stood In awe as life moved around them. A young child watched the video, too young to remember but old enough to hear the stories. Wives, grandparents, children stood strong and support of their first responders. I’ve always said it takes a special kind of person to be a first responder. Today was a reminder of the sacrifices they made on that faithful day. Maybe we never forget, and may we always honor their courage.

It was senior night…. For the football parents it can be hard. Sometimes worse than graduation. Enjoy these seniors and their parents. If I missed someone, let me know, it was not done intentionally.
