Summer Blast Day Camp

Well, I have made a decision to NOT open Summer Blast Day Camp this summer. It has been very difficult for me to come to this conclusion, I believe it is the best decision for us to make given the situation with the virus that we really do not know that much about. Since the virus there has been several different recommendations submitted by Kansas Department of Health and Environment to follow causing us to hire someone to manage these guidelines. It saddens me to have to say that camp will be closed for 2022!

We will be CLOSED this summer! We have done all that is possible to get things in order for the summer but things seem impossible at this point. I appreciate your interest in Summer Blast Day Camp but we will license for next summer and plan accordingly.
If you are interested in next summer please send a message to us and we will get a hold of you in January or February to enroll at that time.

We know these times are difficult when you add everything up that has changed in our lives thus far. One of the best things to give your child is the opportunity to have a good self-esteem. We will miss you all this summer!

It saddens me to have to make this decision to close camp for this 2020 summer. We have looked at this every way we can and it doesn’t seem wise to open Summer Blast Day Camp this year. Our mission statement has included keeping kids safe, this is and has been our top priority, it would be difficult to keep everyone safe as this Covid-19 virus is still so misunderstood.
