We may have only taken two competitors, but they showed the heart of a full team today. I couldnโt be more proud of how they represented Black Eagle.
๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐๐ฒ๐ง stepped into her very first tournament and was absolutely fierce. She faced a slightly taller and older opponent, but her attitude never wavered. She stayed focused, stayed positive, and refused to get discouraged. That kind of spirit is what makes a true martial artist.
๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐ฒ๐ง๐ฅ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก showed incredible grit and perseverance. As a red belt competing against a black belt, she rose to the challenge with confidence and determination. She fought hard, stayed composed, and proved exactly why sheโs such a strong part of our team.
๐ช ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฅ๐ข๐ was phenomenal in her first time coaching from the chair. She guided Gryffin through her match with calm, clear direction and couldnโt have done a better job. Watching her step into that role so naturally was a highlight of the day.
Proud doesnโt even begin to cover it. Our competitors. They showed skill, courage, and character โ and thatโs what matters most.
