Rise and Shine! This week is week 3 of the Slim n 6 program which means I did Ramp it Up. I did a “modified, modified” version of push-ups. I put a pillow so that I could rest on my knees. This will help with the breakdown of scar tissue 😀

Happy Tuesday! hope you are doing well. This week is week 2 of Slim N 6 and its still is the Start it Up workout. I didn't do it yesterday, I noticed I was starting to mentally harass myself and stopped it immediately (which I was proud of myself to recognize my own putdowns) and this morning I got up and did the workout with no self drama :) yay for small victories.

Guess what? Completed day 5 of Slin n 6 and even joined Sprk this morning by doing all the lifting on my chair. I have to say my knee feels a lot more limber especially after doing cold/heat therapy this evening. Patience is key 🙂 I also tried to do a Halloween grunge glam makeup 😜

I almost didn't update! but if you are counting this morning I did day 4! the goal is to crush Day 5 of Slim N 6 tomorrow, Day 6 on Saturday and Sunday make it a stretching day :)

Yay for small victories! 🥳 Woke up at 6am to get my 2nd workout of the week! Start it Up (1st phase of Slim n 6)
skipped the 10 push ups- I am not comfortable to be on my knees yet 😊

starting over and that is okay :) Today I did my first non-impact easy workout. Doing Slim N 6 with Debbie Siebers - a Beachbody program. A 6 week program and today was day 1 :) Happy Monday!
