Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there, especially our Team Rice moms! Thank you!!

Over the weekend, we celebrated two very special birthdays! Happy Birthday to the 92 years young Matriarch of our family, Carolyn Rice, and also Happy Birthday to the Living Legend himself, Dennis Rice!

Congratulations to an amazing young lady and driver, Payton Geitzenauer!Well deserved!

Home from the 2025 Silver State Winter Nationals, and just can’t say enough about this amazing event or the fantastic team that puts it on. Thank you so much to the Good Times club for all the work and effort not just this year but all of them - this is truly the BEST Quarter Midget race in existence!

We had another great year, bringing home 2 more Championship flags and Slot Machines - Greyson went back to back as champion in both Sr. Honda (which we hadn’t run AT ALL since last year’s win there) and in Lt. World Formula, while also pulling in a strong 2nd in Formula Mod. In Lt. 160 we had a bad fast race car but just couldn’t stay out of trouble in the A.

We also crowned a new Ken Rice Champions Award winner, huge congratulations to Payton Geitzenauer! Also want to say a a big congrats to all the nominees, it was so hard to choose just one driver - they were all fantastic and deserving. Aria Chambers was nominated for the award, and she also made her very first National event A-Main in Sr. Animal - to say we are very proud of her would be an understatement!

Team Rice Alum Dominic Carter and family came out to support at this year’s event, was super cool to hang out with them all week!

All in all it was an absolute BLAST and can’t wait to support SoCal QMA at next year’s event!

Everything is locked and loaded into the A-mains for tomorrow at the Silver State Winter Nationals! LFG!

The Ken Rice Champions Award isn’t about being the fastest driver. It’s earned by someone who represents what it truly means to be a champion. We’re after the racer who dives into the corners like their life depends on it, then slows down to lift someone else up. Who battles for every position like it's their last lap but never loses sight of who they are when the helmet comes off. Who understands that respect isn't negotiable, gratitude isn't optional, and heart isn't something you turn on for race day, it's who you are every single day.

Nominate the champion whose character matches their courage. Because anyone can chase glory, but Champions, they create it in others. 🏁

Great weekend down at SoCal QMA for the 2nd round of the NASCAR Youth Western States Championship series - picked up a clean sweep for the weekend, winning all the heats and all the mains!!

Until we didn’t. In Lt. World Formula we ran a motor we hadn’t run since the end of last season, and it still had a Brisk spark plug in it. So…… oops.

drove absolutely awesome, and the technical mistake doesn’t take away from anything he did out there - the cars were fast and he did a great job - when we told him about the error he took it in stride and handled it like an absolute pro. Couldn’t be prouder of the kid!

Finished up at the NASCAR Youth Series National tour race in Las Vegas, had a fun weekend even though the results weren’t quite where we wanted them to be. Still picked up a podium finish in Formula Mod though!

Want to also call out and congratulate Roman Chambers on making the A-Main in Jr. Animal, his very first at a national race!
